I have this old Delta DP 17-600 I am about to start refurbishing and I am wondering where I might be able to get reproduction badges. I don’t know how I can get this one back in shape.

Download this file. Now go to Bayphoto.com and import the file in their Metal print section. (you want sheer/glossy 5X7). Now email customer support and tell them the exact size you want the final badge. (ie center spacing of each hole). They'll finalize the artwork and place your order. They charge a little extra to fine tune the size but they make it easy and their customer support is excellent. When you get the print it's dye infused on an aluminum plate. Use a belt sander to make the oval shape and fine tune with a Dremel. You'll also need to bend it to the shape of your column. I've use Bayphoto two times and the result are fantastic. (see image of the latest nameplate they made for me). Hope this helps.

Do you know if they can do the serial number badges as well?
I don't see why not as long as you have an image. You might be able to find a serial number image at vintagemachinery.org. (they have a pretty good database of old machinery graphics). The serial number badge might fit on the same 5X7 plate.

Yes, give them all dimensions. (screw hole placement is the critical one). This is a sample of what I sent them.

You could also try and download their Bayroes software but I did not find it that easy to use.
