1948 snap on socket

I was going through my grandfather's tools and found a date code 1948 snap on socket with a cursive script that is not similar to any other logo I've seen on a so socket. I have checked collecting snap on and haven't found anything, along with ebay, finding other 1948 sockets with different logos. Does anyone else have a socket with this logo? Pictures, info, or anything?

Not a socket but I have a 3/8 extension with that script, no date code and I cant find any info on mine either.

I have a complete 1948 3/8 drive ratchet and socket set , same as yours with the exception, the ratchets have a stylized 8 on them.

I found a 1947 date code socket on ebay with the same script. The scripts on 40's sockets seems to vary quite a bit.
