$150 is the average asking price for those and is not a bad deal at that price IF the thing isn't worn out. I don't see any special features on that and I recently traded one for a DP that had the column mounted crank lift for the table.

Bearings would be dry by now---jeez, even new bearings in the box would be dry after 60 years. And 1/4hp is not all that much. I think $100-125 would be a very fair offer.
