1950's Craftsmen Drill press

Craftsman drill press, 1/2 horse motor, variable speed, works great, chuck is still tight like brand new. I believe it is late 50's, unsure of year.

Asking $125

Totally open to trades, let me know what you are thinking. Only things I can think of now that I need would be a large vise, an anvil of decent size, an oxy kit, a safe, or an assortment of body working tools. However, I am open to damn near anything. I would also do trade plus cash if you have something I can't live without. I'm a you never know you need it until you see it kinda guy.


I prefer local only please, I don't want to have to ship it. I am in Stratford ct, but am also in Hamden ct alot so either place would be fine.

when you say variable speed, do you mean it has the third pulley in the center, or one cone pulley at the motor, and one cone pulley at the spindle?

Sorry for the confusion, I added a third picture to clarify. You can change which pulley set the belt rides on to change the speed.
