Looks great. Sorry I have to say the reflectors look like an after thaught. Could you find something better than those screw in reflectors ?

those were on there to begin with, and I was going to weld up the holes, but forgot too before I sent it off for powdercoat. so I put them back on, I may take them back off ( I don't particularly care for them either)

Yeah I sourced the light boxes off of a semi truck that we scrapped at my work, so I Wasn't going to gripe with their layout as they were free. I suppose I could just remove them and fill the holes with some of the extra stainless socket head bolts that i used to hold everything else together on the bed, they would be fairly nu-obtrusive.

That is a really nice job on the flat bed. I have a 211 as well and it is a great machine
The 110 Volt will work in a pinch but the machine really perfers 220 v.

Congrats on a job well done.

Great job, it turned out perfect!

I really want to make one of these for a small truck, but haven't found a donor vehicle for the project. Any guesses on how much weight the new bed added?
