I've got a ROUGH vintage Matco Excellerator tool cabinet that i picked up on the cheap for 75 bucks. Just about all the drawer slides are shot, the casters resemble Jesus' sandals, the top has paint flaking off, some previous owner welded a hasp to the bottom, there's some random speed holes in the one side, the keys are missing and the locks are questionable etc, but the drawers are all there and straight, as is the cabinet. I'm planning on doing a restoration, but I can't find info on these boxes anywhere. There's a few pictures out on the web here and there but not much at all past that. I'll get pictures later when I get home from work, but putting feelers out there, anyone know what drawer slides these old boxes used, or what casters might fit? I'm thinking of doing a butcher block top too, if anyone has any suggestions.
