Not even two months ago I closed on my first home. It was a small farm lot that came with several buildings aside from the house including a 24 x 32 detached garage and a 40 x 60 Morton style building. I was walking through Lowe's as I needed to get some things to fix up the house when I stumbled upon this magazine
I noticed this site was mentioned in one of the articles and decided to check it out. I then became fixated to my computer as I drooled over many different ideas and designs that so many of you, much more creative than myself, had come up with. A few weeks later I finally looked up from my monitor and decided that I needed to start planning things to make my dream garage a reality! Since my 24x32 doesn't even have a concrete floor in it yet, I'll be basically starting fresh. I look forward to learning so much from many of you on here and hope that I can help others out as well.
Oh and Jack Olsen, what you have done with your garage is just unbelievable. To be able to store so many things and have so much table top/counter space in an otherwise restricted garage takes true ingenuity and resourcefulness. I am jealous.
Don't even get me started on the 1930's garage resto. My face had a completely shocked look on it the entire time I read the article.
