I think I'm working my way into a hole here, finally got up shelving and painted, but unfortunately, I haven't found a way to stack motorcycles...Yet.... I'm really starting to wonder if the underground storage would work and / or if it could be proposed as a great idea for a storm shelter?

Nice looking shop, very well organized but it looks like you are just about maxed out on room. The 'ole shop is never big enough Matt, is it? :)

Thanks! It's a 21x21 I can only wish it were a 40x60....haha! The only bad part about the shelves is that they extend above the garage door rails and are not reachable with the door up. It's not really a fault of the shelves, just a lame door. Also, I was thinking about what it would take to put a single post lift to stack a car on top of the Volvo, but I don't think with only 10' of clearance I'd be able to get anything up there?

There is, it's already decked though. It makes for a nice storage space, but as far as vaulting the ceilings, I'm thinking it's a no go. I imagine I'll probably be here for another 3-5 years, but I keep seeing a lot of late 40's and early 50's sedans I'd really like to buy, not to mention the wife's list of an Austin Healey I've got to find somewhere and of all things a Grand Wagoneer??? I really don't get the Wagoneer, but I've got a longer list than hers, so I can't complain too much. Biggest problem here is the fact I've got to move stuff out every time I want to work on something and that I'm going to have to start storing cars off site once we find one more.

Very nice place. You have done an excellent organization job on the garage. Space is never enough but you have used yours wisely.

Nice job

Best Regards

The photos are just panoramas from the native camera app on the iPhone. Unfortunately, I cannot go bigger, I'm blocked by the property line on one side and the actual house / front door on the other .... And thanks for the compliments!
