2 Car Garage Plans

Looking for a set of 2 car garage plans, prefer at least 26 deep and 24 wide. Right side ped door, loft and ped door on back.

Be more than happy to pay fair price for a set and would like materials list too.

There should be at least 5 or 6 to pick from.

what do you need the plans for? Something to turn in to city/county for permits? Sounds like you know what you want, you can make a simple drawing yourself. I have done this several times for permits and never had a problem. Do a floor plan, then elevation from each side, showing aggregate, studs, subsiding and subroof, siding and roofing. The city will usually give you a packet with what they need at the planning dept.
