2 car with studio loft price?

I need a little info on how to start pricing a 2 car w/ studio loft.

Is there a company that offers a kit, like the pallet homes?

I will be doing most of the work myself, but I need to get a ballpark estimate ready for the bank................

There are a couple of places you can price against locally.

If you want references on a GC, PM me, I can give you the guys I used for mine, he was VERY good, and priced reasonably. For comparison, my 18X25 add on was about $16K not including slab (included vinyl, and 2X6 framing).
