Floor - is that the process that first grinds the top coat off before the finish is applied? Cost for the two car garage shown. Thanks!

What's the process for the floor? What kind of beating can it take... oil, chemicals, etc...

It can stand any fluid the car can drip on it. I don't think he wrenches any to worry about it.

IMO scrap the ladder, bikes, and vacuum cleaner and add some display cases with some oil cans to give it the garage feel.

Have to admit it's one of the nicest floors I have seen.

Note: leave the brooms, give it a working garage look. or not.

Why would it get trashed? Just 'cause it's pretty, doesn't mean it isn't tough. The top coat is a two-part aliphatic urethane that is used in restaurants and airplane hangers--it's resistant to oil, brake fluid. I think xylene will make it soften, but it hardens back up later. And NO, I won't be testing that theory!
