2 dead snap-on chargers ??

i seen some u-tube stuff on battery chargers BUT I REALLY NEED TO FIGURE THESE 2 DEAD BOZOS REPAIRED -i need to find out who made them & try to figure out whats it going to take to repair & if parts are available ?? i have rerpaced them with 2 schumacher ones ?? more garbage anyway i need some ideas guys ?fix or throw away ??

One of my older chargers had a fuse inside. Check your manual. Otherwise unless you can trace a circuit board with meter it's a throw away world. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Take some photos and I will try to help. Do they have old style switches of membrane keypads? Older style is better. I have fixed several chargers.
