2 epoxy-coat questions

I have my basement floor all prepped and am going to put down the epoxy coat on Saturday. I have about 1380 square feet and I have 3 full kits. If I don't make it, is there really a downside of coming back in a week or 2 to finish what I could not get? (I have planned to leave a non discript area for last.)
Second, what about the toxicity of the epoxy. I have a respirator that I can wear. Do I need an organic filter with it? Is the stuff itself "bad" stuff? That is can my father who had successful treatments for Hodgkins disease 10 years ago, assist me without worries? Or is it better to leave him in the recliner for the duration? I do need an extra set of hands.
Any other last minute input is welcomed.
Thanks

Get the material data safety sheet (MSDS) it will tell you what PPE (personal protective equipment) is required when working with the product. It will list all hazards of the product and if any special precautions needed to be taken when handling the epoxy.

A company must provide the MSDS sheet when requested.
Most times it posted on there web site for each product.

Round up some help TD. I just finished 1200sq ft did all the prep myself but enlisted my fishing buddy & he brought his wife which ended up being a blessing we did it in 3 batches granted I am partially handicapped due to broken back few months ago it is a lot for one person doubt I could have done it alone. The "fumes " kind sneak up on you seemed ok at first but enlisted another fan mid project
