I have the 8ft LED 4 bulb lights. I started installation last night. I have noticed that the wiring that comes with the light has two neutral wires. Can someone tell me why and how I need to handle this?

That's for daisy chaining more lights. That way you have a separate splice for the neutrals on the feed and continue wires. If this fixture is at the end of the run, splice them both to the feed neutral.

How many hot wires do you have coming from the fixture?
It could be a way to hookup 1/2 of the bulbs and put them on separate switches.
You can run 2 separate circuits to them if you wish, or not, without any effect.
It give flexibility to the fixture.
It's the most common usage.

wouldnt one need a picture or model of light fixture to be able to give accurate guidance?

I mean who knows what fixture he is dealing with? Any advice has got to be generic conjecture.
