2 nice Vintage tool boxes from Flea Market

I have been wanting a larger tool box to keep in my truck and ended up buying 2 which I thought were nice at an Ohio Flea Market, a Huot and a Snap-on. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

I agree, but I havent been able to see any pricing for a similar box on eBay or any other on line spot. In the images there is one model 503 Huot, but it is all beaten up and doesnt show any further information. Is this Huot rare or am I looking the wrong place?
