After 3 years of no garage I am finally back in a house with a garage. I have had my stuff stored all over and am slowly gathering it back together. The garage has your normal 20x20 garage with a 10x14 area in the back that was an option as a 4th bedroom or larger garage when the house was built. This house got the larger garage.
This garage s used for working on my vehicles. My wife has an 84 cj7 and I have a 93 ranger that we both take out four wheeling and do modifications on. I am also getting ready to do a build of a 55 chevy that my grandparents bought in 1960.
Here is an overall from the driveway.
On the right is my metal work bench I built 10 years ago, overfilled tool box, welder, bandsaw, and drill press. Still need to build more shelving and get more more hooks but it is a start.
In the back "4th bedroom' area I have my 4x8 torchmate plasma table. Just finished the water table and it makes life so much better.
Next to the table is where I store some of my metal and other storage.
On the left side is some Costco shelving. Also buried back there is an 80 gallon Quincey compressor. The sheet steel is stored on a Drywall cart that is easy to roll with the big wheels.
On the list is get power in the garage to the plasma/ welder/ air compressor. Add more lights and insulate and drywall.
