I have 12x 23ft garage bay I am looking for lift recommendations. I am also looking for where to place the lift in the work space. I have a concrete cut line in the center of the garage at 11.5"

I understand Big trucks will be too tight. I am mostly lifting jeeps, musslce cars, small cars, and smaller trucks. I am thinking about one of the verysemetrec type lifts set about 10ft from the front wall. Thanks for you advise and opinions. Tim

well mine calls for 145" outside edge to outside edge of the base plates, which leaves you like no room on the sides to position the arms or even work on anything. you actually need more width to be able to do much. pulling an axle out of a differential on either side/ forget it. I have a 30X36 garage (doors on the 30' end) and I'm a bit worried about my "wall side" being a bit tight. It'll be workable over there, but a little snug. I am kinda "splitting my garage in half" so I am figuring having 15' of width for my lift bay.

12x23 is the bay for the lift. My garage is 24x36 with 3 doors on the 36' end. I am putting the Lift in the center of the 3 bays. The Cut lines are every 12ft and half way across. So far I am considering a Challenger E10 because it has a narrow footprint 10'11". I was just reading up some about the Bendpak xpr-10a But it only fits my needs in the Narrow configuration and the Drive through is very tight that way 89". I think I am going to be able to put either the Verysemetrec type lift or a true Asymmetric lift.
