I am thinking of upgrading his lift . This is the current layout from 1st lift and possible 2nd with current .

Do you think it would take another set of anchors in this area if the concrete is the correct thickness or more . White bottle caps to help show old anchor bolts .

Called mohawk and the service guy said the 3/4" bolts spec out at min 6" away from any old anchor bolts . And the online specs show the towers at 7 1/2" away at mim width spacing and can be set wider if needed . So i should be good by the looks of it all .

Looking at a 15k lb mohawk 2 post 1000001888.jpg

Just to make sure I'm understanding you properly-you want to either move this lift or put a different one in the general white cap area.
I don't see how all the holes are 7" or more from the old holes. I would move to a slightly different area if at all possible. Your only other option is to cut, dig, rebar and repour. Unless you get lucky and one set of holes is the same pattern as one of these.

Removing and selling this pile of a china **** lift. Then putting in a mohawk lift for the rest of my life on this planet .

Looking at the specs online i can be over 7" away from these old anchor bolts . And the floor is atleast 8" + thick .

The bolts aren't really there to keep the lift from tipping, although they might in an extreme situation. The bolts are to keep the base from sliding. A Mohawk lift has a giant base plate, that puts minimum load on the floor.

I don't think you'll have any problems, but those bolt holes are not 6 inches from your old ones, so technically you don't meet that requirement - but to me it doesn't make any sense - the bolt holes in the new one are closer than 6 inches from each other. Maybe I'm not understanding the question. I'd fill the old holes with epoxy and buy the new lift. You will not be disappointed.
