Been lurking for a while. Finally have built myself a 24x36 garage with 10' ceilings. Anyways I have been looking and reading on 2 post lifts for a month now and with my 2k budget I am curious which you guys would recommend or if you know of any pros and cons on them.

Titan HD2P-9000AFE Elite 2-Post Lift
Weaver W-9F 2 Post Lift
Eagle MTP-9F Mechanix 2 Post Lift

Do you guys have any thoughts on these or recommend another?

Thanks

I would like to know the answer to this as well.
Looking for a lift with the same budget.

The other one on my list though is the Atlas 9KBP from Greg Smith Equipment.

I have read it on several different threads and on a couple of sites about staying away from Greg Smith. Can someone explain the reasons for this? Thanks

I bought a PV10 2 post from GSE, use it almost daily, have not had any problems. Best $2195 dollars I ever spent. So then I have purchased more equipment from GSE and have been extremely satisfied.

Maybe the people having problems its just "them"

Do you guys have any thoughts on these or recommend any others?

To answer the OP's original question of the three you listed the only one I have seen personally and can give any input on is the Weaver. It looks to be a very good solid lift for the money.

The problem isn't the lift, its the only 10 foot ceiling. Unless you're only 4 foot tall, working under it is going to be a problem. I also don't like the channel on the ground. Sometimes you are going to have to push a car on to the lift, the channel poses a problem. I have an "Aresco"

I am looking at a Challenger, same model as yours. It will be a bit before I can buy one, but I am trying to design a garage, and want it to fit a lift. It will be the most expensive and last big tool I ever buy. How well would that lift work for an F-250 four door 8ft bed, an old type one VW, a Mazda cx-9, and a Buick Lesabre? The truck is easily 7500 pounds, so I was also worried about the 10K rating. What is your experiencewith it by now?
