My son and I "won" this in a storage shed auction. Other than the lift arms, all parts seem to be included. However, there are no identifying placards on the posts or motor to identify the make and model. The posts are 11'5". We contacted a rep from Atlas who passed it around his office and they were unable to identify but thought it was a 9000# lift. Any possible help? Any suggestions?

Thanks very much.

Bill

The beam on the right seems to be a crossbar of some sort, the attachment flanges appear to be at a 45* angle. They are certainly unique, can you find a place where they bolt to the uprights?

I don't know the brand and there are many companies that make blue colored lifts, but maybe someone recognizes that "A" symbol shown on the column sticker. It might be a brand. Did Atlas ever have a brand symbol? I've only ever seen "ATLAS" spelled out on their lifts.

The crossbar goes from the top of one column to the other to carry the lifting cables from one column to the other. The ends have angled plates, because the columns are designed for asymetric mounting. That black bar on the outside of the crossbar is the side of the crossbar that faces the ground when installed. The black bar is there to turn the lift off if the roof of the vehicle being lifted hits the black bar. It prevents the crossbar from being damaged.

Lesson learned here .

There was a reason this lift was left behind and not back in service .

Only way i would buy a used lift is if i could test it first and or i 100% trust the seller .

Sorry all my years in shops i have not seen this brand/model .

I know this post is 3 years old, but I just got a lift today with the same “AAA” sticker. Here is what mint looks like and the info plate.
