Hello ,
I am new to the forum and just wanted to get some posts out there. This my my most recent addition to my garage. A two post Rotary 8000 lb lift , model SP80 that I got from craigslist for $750 and the person I bought it from delivered it to my house. I must say this lift is great for what I plan on doing with it. You dont have to worry about doing any measuring (other than making sure you have the proper height). The posts bolt to an "I" beam that is bolted to the floor. So all i had to do is place the "I" beam and drill the holes and bolt it together. I used 10 , 3/4" concrete bolts that were drilled 5" into the concrete. It was a pain in the **** installing it by my self but I got it done by using my engine lift to hoist everything into position. Now I just have to clean it and paint it.
Oh an my garage is a total mess right now , do to a ton of personal family things going on right now and in the last 6 months I have not got to spend the time out there like I normally would , plus I had my bosses car stored in my garage all winter which took up the entire bay where the lift now is. I will post some more pictures of my garage along with some of my other items soon. Please feel free to ask any questions or make any comments.
Thanks,
Brian
