2 quick questions

Hello everyone! Got 2 questions: Question # 1) Is there any inexpensive induction coil tool out there, or even easy instructions on how to make one yourself? I have a bunch of rusted/heat welded nuts & bolts on a car engine, some in difficult spots to reach, that need to remove and penetrant isn't working to loosen them.

Question #2) Does anyone know of a flat multi-drawer file cabinet? I have tons of tools and I was thinking of using a blueprint cabinet, but they are somewhat expensive, plus the drawers in a flat file cabinet are too shallow (only 2-1/2 to 3 inches deep, and I have some sockets that are taller than that). I need at least 2 drawers in the cabinet that are at least 4 inches tall/high & that are at least 48 inch's wide. I have seen some toolboxes for sale but they usually only have 1 wide drawer, with a 3 inch max depth, & again - that is not tall enough for some of my deep sockets & other tools.. It would be great if there was a metal or wood cabinet, even a wood kit, that was at least 48" wide, by 30" long, with at least 2 drawers that are at least by 4 inches high/tall. I didn't win the lottery so hopefully I can get one, used or even a kit, or free plans and build it myself out of wood. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Cheapest ones I know of are ~$180. I bought a Bolt Buster on Amazon, but am waiting for it to deliver.

A lot of companies have transitioned to blueprint hanging racks due to the cost of drawer systems.
For tools, the easiest/cheapest may still be a wide tool box. They are made in larger quantities than the blueprint cabinets. The Husky one I got a few years ago has been holding up well and has a large full width drawer on top.
