2 Snap on 1947/47 71-10 1/2" ratchets SOLD

The next lot up for sale from thinning out some duplicates. These are 2 very nice 1/2 ratchets, both work great, and have a nice smooth feel to them. Some here have regarded this handle style to be the best Snap-on ever made, and they are very nice to use. Both have no owners mark, damage, or rust. Both have been disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. both SOLD....

The top one is dated 1947, has a natural steel finish, with original brass direction lever.

The bottom is dated 1948, and is chrome plated, with a steel direction lever (maybe a later rebuild kit part, maybe original).

Please contact me by PM, as sometimes I dont see the thread responses if I forget to look.

How much did you sell them for? Just curios! :)

Yes, selling price if you don't mind, and what is the cheapest way to ship a ratchet?

I have some old small USPS Priority mail boxes, a ratchet will barely squeeze into (some ratchets are actually too long). But, thought there might be a better more economical way of shipping ratchets??:headscrat
