BOTH PLATES ARE SOLD While going through my father's workshop, I came across these 2 heavy steel plates that I remember from his gunsmithing days back in the mid 60's to early 70's. The first one measures, .615"(5/8" Nominal) x 7 9/16" x 8", & weighs 11 pounds. As neither one has been touched in over 12 years, they were both dusty & dirty to say the least. After wiping the smaller one off with an oiled rag, both sides are smooth, but they are stained. The larger plate measures, .740"(3/4"nominal) x 8" x 11 3/4", & weighs 23 lbs. This plate has a single 1/4" hole drilled into it along one edge. The hole doesn't go all the way through the plate. With the exception of the hole, its overall condition is the same as the other plate.
I'm asking $15 OBO for the smaller plate, plus $16.50 for Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. Package has a 13 lb shipping weight. The additional $5.00 shipping cost is for bubble wrap, needed to make sure the plate is packed securely. If you're interested please send me a PM.
