2' x 2' Plastic Peg Board Help

Help. My brother has these 2' x 2' black plastic peg board tiles in his shop. He doesn't remember where he got them from. Anyone ever seen them before?

Saw some white ones at lowes recently

Lowes has white plastic peg board but I'm not sure if it is 2x2.
