Did you check Schneider electric's website to get a part number?
@sparky 1971 and @wyliesdiesels love arc fault, so they probably know the part number off the top of their head...
Doesn't exist in tandem.
You can get a 2-pole AFCI (QO220CAFI) or a tandem non-afci (QO2020).
What you can also get is tandems with various 15, 20, & 30A combinations to compact existing circuits, to make room for the afci.

AFCI snake oil is the reason for the NEC dropping the 42 circuit max rule for panelboards, Canada had bigger panels for years before that rule was removed. A twin as the OP desired is not likely to exist, and if it does will have a price that would be difficult to swallow.
