Got an error message "Hmm, this coupon code is linked to a different account."

I get a ton of Ebay spam, not sure if I have the correct "spam" enabled to get this to work. These codes posted on GJ never work for me.

Its specifically ebay messages spam, separate from watch list or saved search updates you might be receiving. Go into my ebay, at the top click on the "account" tab, on the left click on "Communication Preferences" and expand it, at the bottom you'll see a section called "Promotions and Surveys". Make sure the check box for "General email promotions" is checked.

Thanks for the help! I had all of those "promotions and survey" boxes checked besides the SMS one. Weird that I still can't use it. Either way, thanks OP for the post!
