Use it as is (with a generic customer number), or if you want you can add your HF customer number like so:

You can skip any leading zeros, it'll automatically pad it to the 11 digit number the coupon uses.

Remember the coupons are usually "released" on Wednesday mornings, and are valid from that coming Friday, and usually expire on the following Tuesday. Note that the current "sidewalk sale" coupon expires on Sunday.

They don't make it as easy as they could, it took me a while to figure it out too.

Go to www.harborfreightUSA.com (not regular harborfreight.com).

Near the top right of the window, click on a black box that says "Sign up now for discounts, coupons & specials!"

Since you say you get adds in the mail, I assume you already have an account, so click the link that says you have an account.

Sign in using your e-mail address and ZIP code in the bottom of the two sign in options.

Near the bottom right of the account preferences page, click on the red box that says "change email preferences."

Make sure you have selected that you DO want to receive Retail Store Specials by e-mail and below that, choose twice a week as your frequency.

Change any other preferences you want while you're in here and click the gray "Update" box at the bottom of the page.

In a week or two you should start getting your coupons.

Picked up one of these carts today. Came to about $71. Overall quality is pretty good (great for the price). Built heavier and better than the non-pro Craftsman boxes thats for sure. I have no use for it but for the price and since I had a $40 store credit to get rid of I did it. I do like the kennedy design better since you can store stuff on top but this more modern type roll cart is pretty slick.
