Hello fellas. I picked up a good ole box head at a flea market a while back. Its in good shape and all now im not really a vintage tool collector so my question is this. Since its 20 tooth and not real fun to use do i just keep it and buy another good ratchet. Or do i take it to sears and exchange it for a asian replacement?

I think it would be an absolute disgrace to trade it in for a Chinese version. Someone is probably looking for that ratchet to complete a set. It will end up as scrap metal if traded in. Put it up for sale on Craigslist or eBay.

Use it until you find a ratchet you are more comfortable using. You'll appreciate the new ratchet more. Once you're ready to let this one go, put it up on eBay and pass it on to someone who needs it for a vintage set. Turning it in to Sear's will guarantee its destruction.
