Raise.com has these all the time. Home Depot....lowes. Usually 10% savings.

The trick to the ones on ebay though is that you can use ebay gift cards to buy another ebay gift card. If you keep rolling them when they have a sale on the gift cards you can easily increase their value.

So if you have $195+ in ebay gift cards laying around, might as well buy this and get a free $5.

The problem is ebay has a $5000 limit per 6 month period with gift cards. So if you're rolling gift cards for the piddly 3% they give you on this one, you're using up your 5k limit fast for very little savings. I usually wait for the higher percentages to roll the cards......then I strike when they have 10% off lowes cards or something like that.

3% of $5000 is $150 per six months. Or $300 per year. Hardly piddly.

Don't forget to use eBates.com for an additional 1% back. They are low percentages off, but with the ability to roll (IE pay for ebay giftcards with ebay giftcards) this adds up over time.

I use the SlickDeals app on my phone to send alerts for whatever I am interested in.
