I ran into a similar situation a few months ago, but it was on a Sport Trac. This wheel is shared across a few body styles:

The worst of the situation I had was the 2 month national backorder on the size of the 2 tires I needed. Ordered them 12-23-09 and received 2-24-10. Oh, well.
If anyone wants this style wheel, but needs it in silver, I can send a can of paint and clearcoat with it. A $12 value! I'm open for offers.
