Need to get Snap On dealers heads out of their *** and back to understanding customer service. Only dealers I've run into worth a damn are over 60 years old.

I think the meetings that are going on now are the kickoff meetings. The canadian one was a week or so ago. There are a few deals to be had but not as good as last year.
