I’ve looked, joined Facebook pages, watched videos and can’t find anything so I’m trying here too.
Bought this 2016 tahoe. The rear has air suspension, the front does not. The bags on the rear are flat. The compressor is working and pumping. We tried plugging into it with a scan tool and all it reads is “can’t communicate with module, verify key is on and try again.” Can anyone shed some light on this? The dealer local is pretty old school so told me it’d be cheaper for me to diagnose, even though I can’t figure **** out.
When I start the car the compressor comes on and stays on for about 3 seconds. I think I’ve checked the correct fuses but can only find one under the hood and I think there is a relay under the hood but I can’t confirm.
I know most delete this setup but I’d like it to work if possible. I spoke to the dealer about parts and they’re suggesting go aftermarket for the parts.
Ain’t gonna lie. I’m wishing the wife didn’t like this thing. Pretty sure I’d trade it for a non big 3 SUV if I could make her happy
