I just picked up the shelving I got for $74 on tuesday. Before picking up the order I checked the shelf and now the price is $71! So I asked customer service if I could get it for $71-$15 off coupon and they let me, so I got it for like $57! Normally this is around $180.
I am surprised there's not more interest in this. This shelving normally goes for $150-200. On tuesday the in store prices were listed and I saw 2 stores that have this in stock for $22, and there was about 30 stores that have it for under $100.

For whatever reason Lowes has reset the prices on the website to $159. Nothing like hiding the sale price to drive away customers.
It's good to see you Cazz. I use your tool every day. Lowe's put most of their Edsal storage on sale this week so they reset the only price to $159, but the in store price is the same.
Lowe's just reduced their summer clearance. I got this for $198-$25 off coupon - $173.

If you missed the dremel deal its now showing $20 with free shipping IF THE STORE IS OUT OF STOCK. For example, if you change your store to Fresno, CA it shows as out of stock but $20 with free shipping. It looks like only 1 is available for shipping!

Checked many stores, and if they have it in stock, most are at $60. One store at $40, then the rest were $80.
Would grab one at $20, but nothing more.

yeah.. i don't get it either.. found a few stores for around the 30 dollar range... none of them offered free shipping.. don't know what thats about

*EDIT* went to pick it up at lunch for a friend and they didn't have one even though inventory showed 1. I asked the "helpful" man in tools and he said "yup we had them sitting up here *points to shelf* for a few weeks. I guess they must have all sold."
**Edit 2** I was able to order it online for $20 for instore pickup. We shall see what happens...

If there was only 1 in stock it could have been a display model, although I never saw a display for this dremel kit.
An item is only available for shipping if it's in a lowes warehouse. Normally the item does not ship from the store that is listed. Thats why truck delivery might be listed because that is delivered by the store, not the warehouse.

Did anybody here order those at maple shade, or pick them up in store? I just had to call them up, for them to tell me they couldn't find the 1 I ordered. Wondering if anyone had success after I ordered mine.

I received a call on mine and they left a voicemail. Did they just tell you tough **** or did you insist they get you one at that price. The store local to me about 10 minutes away shows 8 on the shelf for $59.99. Wondering what I'm gonna expect when I call back.

Yeah. Displays aren't included in inventory count. If an associate tells you that, don't believe anything out of their mouth.
As for my Dremel, I got the tough **** response. working on that, though.

Just got a call. They just found 5 dremel sets behind CS. I wasn't really listening to his BS excuse. My order has been filled, and that leaves 4 sets left as far as I know. If you're local, and want one, you might want to call the store.
That's incorrect. Until robots do inventory it will always be possible someone accidentally includes a display in the inventory count. I have seen it happen many times, and it's why there are so many "inventory" errors out there if only 1 is in stock.

By the way, I just picked up my items at Lowes and I was told to submit my receipt online and I'll get 11 percent rebate. Which means, I spent $101 on plywood and paid about 70 bucks for it. Not bad!

Matching the Menards discount. HD also matches it and used to for area away from Menards, but I think they caught on
2 weeks ago I bought the 300 tool set for $200 at one store and $120 at another store. Today the store that had it for $120 reduced the price to $80. So i brought both to the store and asked if they would refund the difference - and they did! I got $160 back. It wasnt a hassle at all, maybe took 10 minutes.
I should carry the bed bug spray with me. Lol. Worked on a house that had bed bugs. Good thing I left my tools in the car before bringing anything inside. Spotted them right away.

I went to my local store that had 8 Dremel kits on the shelf and listed at $59.99. I explained to the customer service gal how I bought one at another store and they couldn't find it. She had to have the manager approve it. He was a ****. Basically made it out to be like he was doing me a huge favor by matching the price. And he made sure to tell her "he's only buying one at that price..." The gal who started with me was cool about it.
I have found 2 lower prices, both in MN. She said they can only price match other stores in the same state. So guys in Minnesota with a store with these in stock might be able to get them for $5.99.
