Apparently lowes computers are so bad they now have a dedicated line for online orders, and a dedicated line for returns. I wanted to return 1 thing and pickup an order. I was told I had to waiting in 1 line to do the online order, and wait in another line for the return. I was told the online order computer was specially setup for online orders lol.
I also saw a sign saying the store was having a big hiring event Dec. 12th. You would think they would have hired all seasonal help in Oct then laid off people in Jan. The fact that theyre having a big hiring event right before
tells me they are having very high turnover.
LOL@ the guy saying lowes has great black friday sales. That couldnt be further from the truth. I went to lowes the day after black friday and the store was empty. Last year they sold out of their
villages on black friday. This year they have a lot left in stock. I went down the
aisle and most items are still in stock by a lot.
This is a very bad
for Lowe's. With a very conservative black friday ad that had the exact same items as last year, computer glitches that are auto cancelling online orders, and very high turnover making it hard to find someone experienced to help you, this season is looking like a disaster at lowes. They look like the next Sears.
