Go to 2:20 in this video, we're told the 3 of the new lights are USB rechargeable and removable.

The light with the removable lithium battery, that looks like a proprietary battery, not the standard 18650 lithium battery. That would be a major turn off. The other lights look solid depending on the price point.

it may seem petty, but my issue is that i need another charger. if i could get a new milwaukee charger that did these also, i would be fine investing in them. but i can't, which i why i never invested in the M4. . . . . .

if i need a second charger, i'll just keep the LED 2 C cell mag lite i have, with the box of amazon batteries . . . . .

Check out the fenix, coast, stream light, nitecore, etc. If you like your maglite LED, you'll not like it after using a fenix, etc. The better fenix, streamlight, etc. are so much better than mag's.

My fenix is a UC35, it has a removable 18650 but also has a mini usb built in, so you can charge it with a regular droid charger like a cell phone I think it's close to 1000 lumens. strobe, etc. The black diamond has a built in batter but charges with a phone charger and also acts as a back up battery to charge a cell phone if needed

I don't have any interest in the mil lights because I already have an array. Even the headlamps (the Mil ones like pretty good), I have a few black diamond ones that are some of the best headlamps out there. I use headlamps a decent amount doing something in an attic, basement or just walking. Light is always where you are looking, both hands are free.

Thanks! Got a couple 2.0 batteries.. 59 bucks shipped with no tax...

Also, they have the bare m18 multi tool for 85 bucks shipped... not an insane deal but right on par with a decent recon price

Did your stuff ever get shipped?

seems like a reasonable deal, a refurbished M12 drill and impact driver, two batteries (unknown AH), an M12 charger, and a bag, for 89$ with free shipping.

not fuel, or even brushless, but looks like something worth keeping the the house for this and that, so i picked on up. thought you might like to also.

sorry for the long URL, but i think parts of it are necessary to get the price:

So I ordered 2 batteries from that rocketiaq website.. card was charged immediately (usually a hold until it ships or charged when it ships) and still haven't received a shipping notice... been reading reviews of people in August and July having the same issue. Anyone order from these guys before?

I picked that kit up a while back, new, with a free 4.0 battery for $119 and love it. Its absolutely great for around the house. I find myself going for them more than my M18 stuff

I haven't gotten my tool either.
RocketIAQ has a decent reviews as a company.

Most stores drop ship from the tool suppliers warehouse. Milwaukee would send an ASN (shipping notification) to Rocketiaq, then Rocketiaq would need to recieve that message, trigger an event to then send that information onto you. They probably haven't set that up for 3rd party shipped parts.

I'll shoot them an email on my order.

I have that kit. The impact driver will do everything you need it to short of taking lug nuts off a car. There are nicer M12 impacts out there, but the real world difference isn't all that great. The batteries are 1.5mah, which are small, but good enough for small jobs and you'll have two of them. The newer tools have more power and are better on batteries, but cost more.

From RocketIQ
Sincerest apologies still manually clearing the backlog from a supplier outage issue. This will go out EARLY-MID this coming week and you will receive expedited tracking. I wish it was sooner, but I don't want to overpromise based on capacity issues and the current backlog queue.

Thanks and Appreciate the Continued Patience, Greg

I didn't realize M12 6.0's are hovering sub-$50 on Amazon, Prime shipping too

My phone's being stupid about cut 'n paste but just search around. There's a 3rd party seller right w plenty of fb to be legit at $48.97 shipped. Several other sellers, too

The 6.0s are ridiculous how long they last.

Are they legit Milwaukee branded ones or no name brand ones?

this arrived yesterday. opened it this morning.

the bag looks nothing like that, it is such lower, and longer. the stuff fits in it, but there is little extra room.

the charger and the batteries are new (the 1.5AH's were made in 2016).

the tools dont look used, but they do look like they were stored in a bin with 20 others. there are scuff marks and "stuff" on them, not dirt . . . .

worth the price, but i admit to being sad that the bag is so dumpy.

I wish I could say I liked the M18 fan, but I returned mine. One of 2 tools, actually accessories, that didn't quite do it for me (other was m12 flashlight). Too much of a whirling noise compared to the Ryobi & it doesn't take a standard electrical cord for AC use. I totally get if you are in the M18 line, but I can enjoy 2 Ryobi fans for the price of one of these & not worry about losing the AC adapter

Fan is $69 on HD.com plus you can usually get 10% off if you ask and even better if you have a Lowe's coupon for $15 off.

I actually used my fan today while grilling, it works great for anyone with an egg cooker, let it blow into the bottom vent to speed up heat! Got my egg up to 700 degrees quick!

I've had my m18 fan almost 2 years and it came with an AC adapter cord. It's one of my favorite tools....

Has anyone else ordered from rocketiaq, deals were posted around the 18th, and received there order?
They are replying to emails, however I feel that I am getting the run around / generic replies.
I have also noticed lots of negative feedback posted on their site recently regarding the same issues.
For promising 3 day delivery and rocket speed I am not impressed

I was told last week it would ship early to mid week this week, and they also refunded me 7.50 for my troubles (60 dollar order, 2 batteries)

I noticed the feedback and most of it is from about mid July and on, so I'm hoping their recent "problem with a supplier" as they claim is real, because the reviews before that time frame seem pretty good. I'll give them another couple weeks, if it takes that long, before I cancel. If they do in fact ship this week I'll shop there again... if not, I'll either wait or cancel and have it be a lesson learned.

I have two of the fans and have zero reason to return them. They work just fine for me. However I agree Milwaukee missed the mark on a few things, esp given the price. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but the tool review site with the worst grammar, proof-reading and Dumb & Dumber videos actually summed it up fairly well with this:

"Now while I love the design and quality of the fan, it seems a little under powered compared to other brands. There are three main fans on the market, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Ridgid. Out of the three fans, Milwaukee is the most expensive coming in at $80, while Ridgid is $60 and the Ryobi is $40. With that said according to Home Depots website, the Milwaukee has less CFM and a shorter run time compared to the Ridgid plus the other two fans will work off extension cords. The other two fans also have more options if you want to hang it up. While I really want to love this fan because the outside design is awesome, I think they missed the mark with having a higher price, lower CFM, shorter run times and less hanging options. However I have to say this is my most used fan and still love it."

The flashlight I love. I own 4 of them. One in the house and one in each of my three trucks.

edit: also should be noted the Milwaukee fan has been down to $69 from HD.com for some time now:

Some store had them for $40. I regret buying only one. The fan is great. Paired with a 9.0 it runs like a champ. I was hesitant about paying that much for a fan, but now I use it all the time that I want another one. One of those tools you don't think you need till you start using it.

The low speed on the fan still throws off a lot of air, and may be why the runtimes vary among brands. I wish there was an adjustable dial, instead of 3 settings.. close by, like on a nightstand, even the low can be a bit much..

The fan is a great tool to have in the summer if you work on cars at night. It has no trouble keeping all the flying bugs off of you so long as you stay in the same spot.

TrueValue.com claims to have the new 2767. Right now they're offering $25 off $150+ online if you ship to a local store.

LABOR25 worked for me and brought it just under $210 w tax.

Says it would be at my store in 3-8 days if I ordered (which I didn't).

Any idea why its quotting me $79 shipping? I don't live in BFE....

That's a weird.... I'm gonna call it a "glitch" .....on HD's site. If they don't have any to send from the Mother Ship and if it seems to know there's none you can select for in-store pickup it defaults to "express delivery from store." Makes no sense 'cause if you can't pick up in store why would a store have one to bring to you....

I forgot to post this so I'm posting it now before I forget again....

2861-20 M18 mid torque impact with friction ring bare tool. $149.99 shipped.

Seller is CPO but is full price on their websites. Cheapest price I could find on the net by far, even if you live in a state where they charge tax.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Milwaukee-M...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

They're currently out of stock but they will update the listing when they get more. If you notice, the listing hasn't ended & you can still add it to your watch list to see when they are available again, or set up an alert.

I know this cause they went out of stock 3 times before I purchased mine since I've been watching it (I was waiting for a flash sale which finally just happened).

Received mine yesterday, brand new in unopened original box. Got this to replace my high torque impact, the mid torque is so much better in size & I rarley need all that power from the high torque anymore.

You can also get the 2861 for ~$160 at Zoro w a 20% code, if someone can't or doesn't want to wait for CPO Ebay above.

Damn Zoro, they were one of the places I checked, I needed to order stuff from them too. At the time website said "limited stock" & the price on the bare tool was $335!

Yes it's the price of the bare tool but it's the kit that come with 2 batteries and a case. I would assume a charger too. Possibly a pricing error.
