Been looking for an excuse to get into the m12 line.. picked up a 2445-21 kit new for 49 bucks on clearance at the local hardware shop. Recon price for bare tool is 64... got the bag, charger and a battery with it for 49. If you're near Waterloo Iowa let me know they have 1 left

Been over a month now since order placed with rocketiaq and item not shipped. Will be requesting refund.

My order was canceled earlier today after stating I was disputing charges with CC company.

FYI, this may be helpful to quite a few. I started a chat with HD online and they price matched rocketiaq price of 229 on the fuel 2754-22 3/8 impact.

Got to reply back and he says my order will ship late a.m. tomorrow he thinks... So we went from a week and another week down to tomorrow. If I don't hear anything mid-morning Friday I will email him. If he gives me the next week **** I'm cancelling

So, did it ship?

What is the best deal on 2750 or other brushless 1/4" impact drivers at this time. My 2656 is only working if I hold it right?? Wouldn't mind upgrading, I have enough batteries and charger at this time.

These guys have an interesting way of doing business. Hoping for a similar outcome on my 2754-22. Deal is great - IF they can fulfill the orders. Worst case is CC company gives me my money back.

Does anyone know if the hard cases that come with the 2704-22 or 2753-22 kits will fit both a drill and driver? I'm thinking of buying both kits if Home Depot will price match Rural King. That basically gives me the 2897-22 kit with 2 extra battery's for $399 (I'm in need of batterys for my other 5 M18 tools). Less if HD will still do the 11% menards rebate match after. Sell the extra charger and case and I would come out pretty good.

Do you have to file a claim or will they just refund your money if you request it? Because they already refunded me $7.50 for my troubles without even asking. They just did that on their own. I truly believe these items will show up eventually it's just a matter of when. I'm thinking they got into a Pyle of Milwaukee stuff as a third party and they place the orders before they had everything available. I think they're shipping stuff out as they actually get it available to them which is the delay. It's no rush for me I don't need my batteries right away so I don't mind waiting if I'm actually going to get them. I did send him an email that said if I don't have a tracking number by Friday I want him to refund my money.

You should be able to call your credit card company to ask. What was the $7.50 for?

It's worth the wait to me too for the deal. It better come soon though, because I've already actually had to turn some ratchets under my car for a couple projects.

Ah, so the $7.50 was from RocketIAQ as a good faith gesture or something?
Depending on your credit card company they would probably refund your money and take their money back from the vendor in the form of a chargeback.

I'm curious if yours comes in an Amazon boxb like the previous posters did. An out there explanation my brain came up with - they are reselling Amazon warehouse deals stock, buying them as they slowly come into stock at AWD.

There have been threads here before about people buying things on eBay & they come from Amazon. Some sellers try to work better pricing and then just have Amazon drop ship. Seems to me margins would be extremely low but so is the amount of work involved for the seller.
