So the store's inventory is correct, but brickseek can't get to it until the servers update overnight. As a result, brickseek is wrong for a period of time, and you can find deals in-store that brickseek reports as OOS.

Lol, wrong. Home Depot inventory counts update almost instantly. Walmart updates in about 40 minutes.

You ever see Home Depot PCA inventory go into the negative? Brickseek is as accurate as the store inventory count.

Any Guesstimate as to when all these holiday promo displays will start dropping in price ? I have only seen the action camera & rachet drop

Edit: by promo display I mean things like the screw extractor/gloves/flashlights etc

Depends on the store, but usually they will let them sit around until they start to setup for the usual big spring sales....

Confirmed! My local HD had all holiday stuff 75% off this morning.

But none of the Christmas special buy tools were marked down yet. Looked like the MET folks hadn’t touched the tool area for a while. Several of the cardboard displays were empty.

I don't believe those are actually clearance stickers.. I think someone just printed regular stickers on the yellow background. Those are the same price as the website.

I’ve seen that sometimes during pro events tool companies will grab one of each item and put a yellow price sticker on it at normal price. Once the event is over and they are restocked on the shelf it looks very confusing and is annoying.
