So all year long I'll buy what tools I need. Usually. Then comes Christmas and I lock up when I'm forced to make a list. I hate asking for stuff. And if I haven't bought it yet, it's likely I'm not done researching it or I'm on the fence still.
My in-laws are NOT tool people and don't understand $30 pliers and the like.
