I have the Makita LS 1219 dual-bevel on the Makita rolling stand. It's a fantastic saw, but heavy. I replaced the small wheels with 10" pneumatic wheels and 5/8" axle for better transporting. The standard wheels are a joke and it will topple on you if you have the saw on the stand and transporting or moving it around. This gives the wheels more width and the stand way more stability when rolling it around with the saw on it. I had seen a video on Youtube on someone that did this - it wasn't my idea. This saw is really to heavy to carry around -weights around 85lbs and is bulky. For portability I would suggest the Dewalt. But I liked the smooth start feature on the Makita.

I have the Bosch glide. What sold it for me is how close you can park it to the wall. All the rest of the features would make it comparable to most of the other saws but for me, not needing any room in back of the saw was the clincher. I found that as long as you pull it straight back and cut moving forward/away from you, the cuts are right on the money. Many people think you cut on the pull stroke but I was taught the opposite.

You already have the best. Perhaps you should reword your question is to which is the most portable. For the cash the DeWalts are hard to beat.

DWS780 here. It's obnoxiously huge. It's a great saw but it's a space hog. I have to keep mine in the attic and drag it down when I need it which *****. 98% of the time I need that capacity (like a 2x10), I'm using a large framer's square and circular saw.

Kinda weird , a few years ago when I looked at the sliders, everyone was dogging on the newer Dewalts after they changed the slide design. I went and pulled on one at Home depot and one at Lowes and found what everyone was talking about. I bought the 12" Dewalt non slider double bevel and added the light but also have a new 779 12" double slider I bought in 2020 but have yet to take it out of the box. got the light kit from M&M for it also. I needed the large slider but hurt my hand at the time and the project has been on hold. I use the Bosch Gravity stands however. Even adapted my table saw to one. I can store it all in my walkout basement and just wheel the saws across the yard to drive, patio or wherever I need them. Thinking about putting the my new 735 planer on one also.
