20v drill/driver combo sugestions

My 18v ryobi drill is finally starting to give out after 3yrs of daily abuse I've wanted to get a drill driver combo for a while now and am finally ready to take the plundge my co-worker has the dewalt 20v combo and I love the power and torque and durability of the dewalts but do t want to dish out the $350 for the kit I was at H.D. today looking at the porter cable kit and it feels good specs look good for what I do and seems like a good value just seeing what you guys think before I buy thanks ahead of time guys

Go Brushless. You can get the compact DeWalt Brushless 20v XR combo for @$279. Given the life expectancy of the tools, don't sweat the cost difference between any of the "Big 4" (DeWalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, Makita), just get whichever one truly feels right to you. Differences in spec are unlikely to matter much in the real world for your use, except perhaps weight.

I would have to agree with BikerDad. I would definitely go brushless, but find the tool that fits you the best. I prefer the Milwaukee Fuel models, but you can't go wrong with any of the top brands.
