bought a different house In April with a detached 20x24 garage..in the process of attaching a 20x32 addition. I started this project a few months ago. time spent working is some week nights after work and a couple of weekends in between family outings.. the first task was to clean out from the previous owner02a8b0211d9e2823882c48e914aa7e33.jpg174e0c6bf5ab5eda9cd6d8443815e0f6.jpg239795fe851da53df54f22d578abbd92.jpg5b227294d36f2053ec5712f3870facad.jpg49c6817d711cab08404c9ea81436a19e.jpg

just a couple pictures of the progress, just used some white semigloss paint and went to town.. I also installed 12 4' two bulb led fixtures to upgrade the cruddy lighting ( cant seem to find the pics at the moment) there was an old oak tree beside the old garage but it would be behind where the new addition would extend so I opted to get it out of the way right away, and had the stump ground. I cleaned up all of the tree with my 642 bobcat that I use on a regular basis it's a lifesaver..a7ad155d9bc4b4659306eb9987f4e1b4.jpgce02c708e047a237e011cf110414295a.jpg7c58e741aeeaedfca470de7429d52660.jpgc67d43501e83c75d5b3ec574ec6e6d91.jpg2fa681c95a1e23205c76882b6c7052b7.jpge0b086d6193faf489a25e7b9890699bb.jpg2b629fffb562d215d0061d37291eb602.jpgec7a1bd2096900eb7c72fa0673107dc7.jpg6d2350bfd1121495b399573cdcc9f564.jpgfb357c19d6c4960c5fefaff821a551ef.jpg5f6adcae22abd75f1c837f5e483dc585.jpg7cf2dcf79845408ac53479078de3d454.jpg6e4de1e4bc4e29917b684b3d749566a4.jpg79dbaa1c74a8a9a0bdcc246cdfaf7670.jpg78cf6fbe17eb9fa9c69c7927b18c4bd0.jpg

now realized that my drive way was way higher than the new addition would be so had to do some excavating, which involved cutting down 3 pine trees and calling in an excavator which took out 6 side dumps full of dirt and debris..73bd13d30a71ce0461eeb23ab820c0ab.jpg5b3e4e1b43933a9b5cd1d363eb087140.jpg4c211f44daabf6ab8879a68a5b680785.jpg22525fc70dcfbeb35f703a9ef0f135ad.jpg183aa8f143d9f8007df50544d563099d.jpgdb2ba459adf87515a4df947aa91f5465.jpgc93e0c949350fabf2266a9190ac44e48.jpg1e3353095e11992f8bd921814d0a4180.jpg2178d53c6972709bcb364150568a2a6c.jpg
