Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT 20x40 Build

Recently finished construction on my dream building. It is a 20x40x10 with a 6” thick floor. It has 2” of closed cell foam on the walls and roof. For heating and a/c I installed a 2 zone 2.5 ton Bosch mini split. Next week they will be installing the two post lift

Very nice. Looks like you'll really enjoy this.

I would look into some covering or coating for the foam. I believe it's basically the same material as in the Rhode Island night club that burned.

But a really nice build.

Thanks I’m very excited to start working in there upgrading the comet. Been dreaming about this build for many years.

At the moment I don’t plan to do any welding or grinding in there but if that changes I will definitely look into a fire resistant coating or at Sheetrock the walls.
