Moved into a new house a little over a year ago.
It has a pretty decent backyard for a house in the middle of town. We have a 70’s style rancher.
A blessing in disguise happened a couple weeks ago. A tree fell from a storm and pulled out the power from the house. Since our wiring was so old, we had to get a new updated 200 amp outdoor panel. Which is about 30 feet from where I wanna put the shop.
Currently, all my stuff is in the garage:
The plan is 20’ steel trusses, 32’ long. The rear 8’ will be a partition for storage. 14’ tall ceilings, one day a lift. And it will have a mini split A/C.
Will post pics once I start. I am waiting for the tree guy to cut down the remainder of the tree, and 2 other trees. And grind stumps.
