I just moved to my new home a few days ago. The dimensions are approximately 23 x 21, with 10.5" ceilings at the highest points. Going with a 2 post lift in the near future. I'm wanting to finish the lighting and paint first (painter is booked for the next 2 weeks). I sadly sold my Lotus Elise prior to the move and regret it. Looking at a few SRT10 Vipers in the coming weeks though :)

Still trying to decide on whether I want to go with metal pegboards (like I have in my previous houses) or rolling storage. Flooring will be RaceDeck (colors/pattern still undecided). Thanks for looking! Comments/input welcomed!

Whatever you do, paint it now, before it’s full of stuff.

Nice looking space. Looking for your Racedeck flooring installation pictures, i'm going to replace flooring during next summer.

Are you planning on doing any floor treatments, tiles, etc?
I'm 99% sure I'll be going with RaceDeck again. I used them in my last garage and was really happy with the look/quality!

Nice! The viper will be right at home in there, good stuff!

Do you work at Red Hat? I have a family member who works there.

I was looking at using a tile but wanted it to be watertight due to snow melting or water rolling off. was it a problem at all having water and dirt building up under the tiles, or did that not happen at all?

I'm not able to comment; after installing RaceDeck in my last garage, none of the cars saw rain/snow.

Moved everything out of the garage. The painters are coming later today to get started on the finishing mud. They're hoping to have everything wrapped up in the next 3 days :)

Slow progress. 240v/30a circuit for the lift (junction box will house a cutoff switch when I install the lift) and a 120v/15a circuit for the jackshaft opener. The opener and a torsion spring conversion should arrive next week!

Installed the Liftmaster 8500 today. Also switched to a smalller spring (the other spring was a bit too strong for the door (which only weighs 99 lbs)):
