I have a 2hp motor, and I need some help wiring it up. When I received it, it had a 120v plug on it. unfortunately it fell off on the ride home so I don't know which wires were connected to what terminals.

I would like to wire it up to an appropriate 240v outlet. Does anyone have any advice/diagrams on what should connect to what.

Thanks

With out the ability to trace the leads I'm no help. But you might swing by your local electrical supply house and pick up an Ugly's pocket book. You'll find damn near every motor configuration and should be able to cross reference your set up. BTW I assume you went to Gould's web site and searched for a schematic right?

Thanks for the info. Yes, I have searched their website without any luck.
