24" Husky Laser Level

Is this worth keeping? I don't see how accurate it could be having the laser in a flip down plastic piece. It has to have play in it. The +/- degree is a lot higher than Bosch laser stuff.

Yea it was 15.00 but if it ***** I don't want it and will return it.

Box says 1 year warranty, website says lifetime.
