24" 1/2" dr breakers are fragile enough. Why would one need a 2 foot long 1/2" dr ratcet?

I'm really asking, not trying to be an ***.

Kobalt makes one and it appears to be well made for $70. I wont pay that much for a made a Taiwan ratchet.

I have the Armstrong locking flex 18" with the 84 tooth kit in it. I wish they made a 24" but I don't have much use for it.

SO SHLF80 flex head comfort grip handle, just under 26" long. They also have a chrome handle flex head(SLF80) that is 24" long. I think they have a locking flexhead in that length to. Longest fixed head is 15"

I picked up a USA made Husky that is 18 or 20 inches long. I paid $7.50 for it with my 25% discount at the thrift shop. I have never used it. It has a swivel head. I have another one that is solid. I paid less than $10 for it. They don't come up for sale very often that cheap. I like knowing they are there if I need them but in the past 10 years I have had no need for one.

I guess Husky is made in China now so that is out. It is a real ****** that everthing good has gone to Asia.

I want murrican made

I am with you on that. Get a locking flex head, I cant stand using a swivel head ratchet now that I have the Armstrong locking flex heads. I wish they made a 24".

I have a 24" Sk breaker bar and might buy the ratchet head for a breaker bar.

usually access; to get the socket lined up on what you are trying to break loose
also some dealers will tell you the ratchet head is stronger than the breaker

Why not get an armstrong for ~$85, then get a 24" breaker bar. Cheaper than the 200+ for a tool truck one

I like that idea^.
