24" SK Breaker what are your thoughts?

I find that most 24 inch breaker bars flex too much under load. I have snap on and Matco versions. I prefer the stoutest 18 inch breaker bar you can get. The extra thickness of 3/4 drive is handy at times too.
However when dealing with breaker bars, I think ease of warranty is as important as the bar itself. Tools fail regardless of where it's made or whose name is on it. Breaker bars are asked to do a lot and buying online severely limits your warranty options.

I have never even looked at a HF breaker bar, never felt I could afford a Snap On one, but the old Craftsman 18" breaker bar that I bought back in the 60's has served me just fine. I have used it to break loose/off frozen lugs by standing/bouncing on the handle, and I have used it with four feet or so of cheater pipe. I'm sure that I have never ran into anything as tight as what you guys are using to break those 24" breaker bars.

Brand loyalty is not a bad thing (especially if you own a SO truck) but it can lead to some amusing claims sometimes.

S-K is now out of business, but there quality is beyond words all I ever used for years. I would buy it

This is wrong. Please do a search and you'll see lots of threads about SK relaunching after being purchased by Ideal.
