Its started!

Last week they tore down the old garage.

The area between the house and the garage will be spanned by a deck and a concrete patio.

I will update here as more stuff happens.

Hah, I would love if they built the new one as fast, but sadly no.

Here is a picture of the old one. If was rotting away, sinking into the ground, and wasn't worth saving.

Once the build is done projects will include; insulation and walls/ceiling, seal the floor and patio, and plan out storage and work bench setup and location.

My main hobby is home brewing, so I will have space dedicated to that.

Looks real nice. When we did our garage in St Paul I put in an 8 x 18 garage door. I really like the 8 foot high door.

Oh hey, an update!

I have completed the rough-in of the electrical and coated the floor.

First step was the empty the garage.



Next was an acid etch and caulking the cut lines



Then lay down the SPGX, I went with grey tint.



Next will be to finish the insulation, sheet the walls with OSB, and paint.
